Through effective leadership, mentoring, and collaboration, my goal is to empower my team members, clients, and organizations to succeed in a dynamic financial environment. I aim to establish myself as a trustworthy legal expert and a committed advocate for change, ensuring that the financial sector operates with integrity, resilience, and a focus on the well-being of all stakeholders.

Specific: Complete my business management program with top grades.

Measurable: Maintain a GPA of 3.8 or higher throughout the program.

Achievable: Allocate 4 hours of dedicated study time daily and seek academic support when needed.

Relevant: Enhance my understanding of business principles to complement my legal expertise.

Time-Bound: Graduate from the program within ten months.

Specific: Obtain a leadership role in my current organization in Nigeria or Canada in a financial or risk management institution 

Measurable: Secure a position with responsibilities leading a team or department.

Achievable: Continuously develop my leadership skills and network within the industry.

Relevant: Aligns with my vision of becoming a respected authority in financial law.

Time-Bound: Attain the leadership role within the next 2 -5 years.
